Aibota — Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Status of the Service: closed beta
1. Parties and the Service
These Terms are an agreement between ALDIS PETROSOLUTIONS LLP (ТОО «ALDIS PETROSOLUTIONS»), BIN 180140006651, 34 Kanysh Satbayev St., apt. 56, Atyrau, Republic of Kazakhstan ("Aibota", "we") and the business or person that uses the Service ("Customer", "you").
Aibota is a platform for building and running WhatsApp chatbots: a visual flow editor, AI-assisted replies, a knowledge base and a live inbox where human operators can take over a conversation (the "Service"). By registering or using the Service you accept these Terms. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion Instructions.
2. Beta
The Service is a closed beta. It is provided free of charge. There is no service-level agreement: no guaranteed availability, response time or support. Features can change or be removed, and data can be lost. Do not use the beta as your only copy of important information. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and you will not be charged without your agreement.
3. Accounts and workspaces
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
- Register with a valid email address and a password, and give accurate information. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for all actions under your account.
- A workspace can have several members with the roles owner, admin, editor and agent. The Customer is responsible for its members and for who has access.
- The Customer is responsible for everything done in its workspace, including the content of its bots.
4. WhatsApp and Meta
You must connect your own WhatsApp Business account and comply with the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy and the Meta terms that apply to you.
In particular, you are responsible for obtaining, before you send a message, the prior consent (opt-in) of every person you message and for honouring opt-out requests. You must not send spam or unsolicited promotional messages.
Free-form messages can only be sent within the 24-hour customer-service window defined by Meta; the Service blocks sending outside it. Sending approved message templates is not supported yet.
We are not responsible for restrictions that Meta applies to your phone number or account (quality rating, limits, blocks, suspension) or for any change or outage of the WhatsApp platform.
5. Your data and our role
You keep all rights to the data you put into the Service (flows, documents, contacts, conversations). You allow us to host and process it only as needed to provide the Service. For data of the people who write to your bot (End Users) you are the controller and we are the processor acting on your instructions, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for informing End Users about the processing, including that their messages can be handled by AI providers, and for having a lawful basis for it.
A Data Processing Addendum is available on request at privacy@aibota.me.
6. AI features
- Replies, transcripts, image descriptions and recognised text are produced by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and supervising your bot, its instructions and its answers.
- Conversation text, voice notes and images can be sent to OpenAI; we do not mask personal data before sending. Be careful what you put into prompts. Text in documents and photos sent by End Users is untrusted and can try to manipulate the AI; do not give the AI actions with serious consequences on that basis.
- OpenAI's use of API data is governed by OpenAI's terms. OpenAI states in its API documentation that API data is not used to train its models by default: https://developers.openai.com/api/docs/guides/your-data.
- Usage limits (for example, monthly active contacts and AI usage) apply during the beta. When a limit is reached, AI replies may switch to a fallback message.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- send spam, unsolicited bulk or deceptive messages, or messages without the recipient's consent;
- break the law, including data protection and consumer protection law, or the terms of Meta/WhatsApp;
- process or send unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene or hateful content, or content that promotes violence;
- spread malware, attack or scan our infrastructure or anyone else's, or try to bypass limits or isolation between workspaces, including attempts to escape the code sandbox or exhaust its resources;
- impersonate a person or business without authorisation;
- process highly sensitive data (for example identity document numbers, full payment card numbers or health data) without a separate written agreement with us.
We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these rules, with or without notice, when needed to protect the Service, other users or to comply with law.
8. Integrations you configure
Flow nodes can send data to addresses you choose (HTTP requests, your database, your email server). Those recipients are outside our control. You are responsible for them and for the data you send there. We are not liable for loss, outage or errors of such third-party systems.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its software and design belong to Aibota and its licensors. You keep the rights to your content and flows. We do not claim ownership of your data.
10. Ending use
You may stop using the Service at any time. To close your account or workspace and have the data deleted, write to privacy@aibota.me; deletion is done manually within 30 days as described in the Data Deletion Instructions. You can ask for a copy of your data in a commonly used format in the same email.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if the law, Meta/WhatsApp or a court requires it, or if we end the beta. If we end the beta, we will try to give you notice by email so that you can take your data.
11. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service, Meta's WhatsApp platform or third-party AI providers will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aibota is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law.
13. Indemnity
You will compensate Aibota for losses and claims of third parties arising from your breach of these Terms or of the Meta/WhatsApp terms, from messages you send without a lawful basis or opt-in, and from the content and personal data you process through your bots.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We try to settle disputes by negotiation first. Disputes that cannot be settled are heard by the competent courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
15. Changes
We may change these Terms. We will publish the new version at this address, update the date and, for material changes, notify workspace owners by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that date, you accept the changes.
